Beautifully designed cabins.

During our stay, we faced several disappointments. The ice skating rink was chaotic with broken equipment, which ruined our experience as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Additionally, we had issues with our room. there was a leak above the bed that went unaddressed, never receiving proper attention from the staff. Overall, we felt overlooked and underwhelmed by the service, especially given the price we paid.

We fed baby reindeer during our stay,, what an lovely moment! The staff was really good,, especially Sami who prepared some of the best meals I've ever had,, our taste buds haven’t been the same since!

It wasn't cheap,, but for the experience, I suppose it was acceptable.

our stay at northern lights ranch was amazing! we enjoyed feeding the cute reindeer and had a romantic waltz at the ice skating rink. the cabin was perfect, complete with a sauna and hot tub, and the views were unforgettable. every activity was fun, especially roasting sausages by the bonfire.

The Sky View Cabin Deluxe was beautifully designed with a stunning glass ceiling that allowed us to comfortably watch the stars and Northern Lights. The heated interiors kept us cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of activities. The location offered numerous activities like feeding reindeer and ice skating right on the property, which added fun to our stay. However, the pathways were quite slippery due to the winter conditions, which made moving around a bit challenging.

It was just a nice choice for a rapid stop in Levi with value for price. The hot water pool was a relaxing treat. For better relaxation, consider adjusting your travel plans to extend your stay.

Our stay was truly unforgettable, especially feeding and interacting with the adorable baby reindeer! The glass roof cabin provided a magical view of the stars, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of snowshoeing. The attentive staff made our experience even better, accommodating all our requests seamlessly. However, I wish we could have had more activities available during our stay to enhance our experience further.

The hot tub experience while watching the Northern Lights is unforgettable, especially with friends. I stayed in Cabin 16, which offered complete privacy and an exceptional view of the surrounding woods. The heated interiors provided a cozy atmosphere that made the cold winter nights enjoyable. The app for tracking the Northern Lights definitely worked during my stay, enhancing the experience even more.

I spent two lovely nights in a fine Sky View Cabin Beautiful, drenched in coziness and charm! Watching the Northern Lights from my heated glass ceiling was a surreal experience that left me in awe. Plus, from good dining experiences featuring exquisite reindeer dishes to interactive reindeer feeding sessions.
